60 min Reiki Treatment, lying down on the treatment couch, with hands on, or off Reiki therapy given across the body to activate your body’s own natural healing process. You will have the option to use healing crystals if you wish.

Reiki Distance Healing enables you be treated from the comfort of your own healing space. The Reiki session includes a brief conversation via (phone, WhatsApp, email or text) to run through your wellness and any areas you want to focus on. Then there will be a 20 or 50 mins treatment to help your body, mind & soul to heal, by activating the body’s natural healing process. We can then have a chat afterwards, to round the treatment off.
